Full Lobby Access From Your Phone

The 988winn app is not a stripped-down wrapper — it carries the complete lobby. Slot rooms stream at the same frame rate as desktop, live dealer tables run on dedicated mobile feeds, and the sportsbook betslip sits one swipe away from any match. Quick-deposit shortcuts let you top up via JazzCash or Easypaisa without navigating away from a game. Push notifications flag

your bet settlements and account activity the moment they clear, and fingerprint login means you are inside your account in under two seconds every time you return.

APP SUPPORT PATHS

Help When the App Needs It

If the app fails to install, loses your session, or behaves unexpectedly after an OS update, our support team covers three contact paths around the clock. Have your device model and Android or iOS version ready — it cuts resolution time significantly.

Team online

Live Chat in App

Tap the headset icon inside the app to reach the support queue directly. Average first-response is under four minutes during peak Pakistan evening hours. Chat history is saved to your account.

Email Support

Send a description of the issue, your device model and a screenshot to our support address listed in the app's Help section. Responses arrive within one business hour during standard working hours.

Install Help Page

The in-app Help section carries a step-by-step install walkthrough with screenshots for the six Android brands most common in Pakistan, covering the exact settings path for each manufacturer's UI skin.

APP SECURITY SIGNALS

How We Keep Your Account Safe on Mobile

Security on mobile carries different risks than desktop — shared devices, lost phones, and unofficial APK sources are all real concerns for Pakistan users. These are the measures we have built in...

Code-Signed APK

Our Android APK is signed with a certificate tied to the 988winn domain. Your device verifies this signature automatically on install. An APK from any other source will fail this check, alerting you immediately.

No Third-Party Stores

We do not distribute through unofficial app markets. The only valid download source is this page at 988winn.app. Any listing elsewhere is not ours and should not be installed.

Session Lock

The app locks automatically after five minutes in the background. Re-entry requires your PIN or biometric. This protects your account on shared handsets without requiring a full sign-out each time.

Account Recovery

If you change devices or lose access, account recovery runs through the mobile number registered to your account. A verification code confirms ownership before any credential change is allowed.

Encrypted Traffic

All data between the app and our servers travels over TLS 1.3. No game result, deposit request or account detail moves in plain text, regardless of whether you are on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Two-Factor Option

You can enable a one-time code sent to your registered number at every login. We recommend this for accounts with saved payment methods, and setup takes under a minute from the Security section.

App Experience Against Mobile Browser

Some things work in a mobile browser, but the app adds a layer of speed and integration that the browser cannot match. Here is a direct comparison across...

Login Speed
The app stores your biometric so entry takes under two seconds. A mobile browser requires typing credentials on every new session unless you use a password manager, which adds steps.
Push Notifications
The app delivers push alerts for bet results and deposits the instant they clear. A browser session cannot send notifications unless you have the tab open and have granted persistent permission.
Deposit Flow
The app chip tray keeps JazzCash and Easypaisa one tap away from any screen. In a browser you navigate to the cashier page, which interrupts your current game or table session.
Lobby Loading
The app caches the lobby index on device so the home screen appears immediately. A mobile browser fetches the full page on each visit, adding one to three seconds on slower mobile connections.
Game Continuity
If a call interrupts your session, the app reconnects automatically when you return. A browser session on most Pakistani handsets drops the page from memory after a call, requiring a full reload.
Dark Mode
The app follows your system dark-mode setting automatically. The mobile browser version adapts where supported but lacks the same per-component tuning our design team applied to the native build.

Common Questions About the 988winn App

Download only from this page at 988winn.app. The APK is code-signed and the signature is verified automatically by your device on install. Any other source is not ours and carries no verification.

No. iOS install goes through our direct link, which opens via Safari without requiring a third-party marketplace. Follow the prompt that appears and the app icon lands on your home screen within seconds.

Yes, 2GB is our stated minimum and the app is designed to run within that. Game assets stream on demand rather than loading all at once, which keeps memory use low during normal sessions.

Yes. Both payment methods are available through the in-app cashier. Your account details save to the chip tray after first use, making every subsequent deposit a one-tap confirmation in your banking app.

The app pauses your session and reconnects automatically when you return. Live table seats are held for a short window. Slot rooms resume from where the spin cycle left off once the connection restores.

On first login the app prompts you to enrol your fingerprint or face ID. If you skipped it, go to Settings inside the app, then Security, and toggle biometric login on. Your device handles the scan registration.

The app is accessible in supported regions of Pakistan where local law permits. If access is restricted in your area, the mobile browser version at 988winn.app carries the same lobby under the same account.
